In short: we only use what you send us through the forms, only to answer you. We don't sell or share it for marketing, and the site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why
- Order / contact form: name, email, the service you choose and your message. We use them only to reply to your request, prepare a quote and, if you order, carry out the work.
- Review form: the name or nickname you choose, what you bought, the rating and the text. Your review is published on the site with the name you entered, so don't use your full name if you'd rather not.
- Technical data: like every website, the hosting service records basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
Legal basis
We process your data because you ask us to (steps before a contract and the contract itself) and with the consent you give by ticking the box in the order form. Technical data is processed for our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure.
Where the data is kept and who processes it
- Google (Google Sheets and Gmail): requests and reviews are saved in a private Google sheet and we get an email notification.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site and filters malicious traffic.
- Discord: only if you choose to contact us there; Discord's own privacy policy applies.
These providers may process data outside the EU under the safeguards required by the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer (for example invoices). Reviews stay on the site until you ask us to remove them.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. Only strictly technical cookies may be set by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to protect the site from bots and attacks; they don't track you and don't require consent. The site also doesn't load fonts or scripts from third-party trackers.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, limit or object to its use, receive a copy, and withdraw your consent at any time (this doesn't affect what was done before). Just write to us at the address above. You can also file a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it) or the authority in your country.
